Rather than needing physical touch, we work with your awareness, energy, emotions, and inner guidance to support greater clarity, grounding, and realignment.

In-person work begins with the body. From focused therapeutic massage for physical tension and pain, to holistic healing bodywork and the deeper Realignment Method™ process, each offering meets you at a different level of need.
Hands-on bodywork, energy healing, somatic awareness, and intuitive guidance may be integrated depending on the session you choose—creating a spectrum of support from physical relief to deeper embodied transformation.
